1770 House & Restaurant, Main Street, East Hampton

For more than 250 years, the House at 143 Main Street has welcomed guests and provided hospitality in the heart of downtown East Hampton. Built in the late 1700s by Jonathan Dayton, the building was a store and guest house. The structure was enlarged in 1942 and is today a chic boutique hotel and popular restaurant.
