"Balloon Fish" T's A Hit At Fisherman's Fair

East Hampton Town Trustee Susan McGraw Keber created the "Balloon Fish" art piece to highlight the danger of balloons and plastic to our marine creatures and habitat. Human dynamo Susan placed the design on t's to raise money for the Captain Rysam Scholarship for East Hampton High School students.
