 Real Housewives of New York star Countess Luann de Lesseps just listed her 1835 historic waterfront home in Sag Harbor for $6.25 million. The Countess purchased the 2500 square foot Greek Revival home in December 2013 for $2.65 million and has made extensive renovations and upgrades. Brown Harris Stevens has the listing for the home on John Street that is also available for rental: $150,000 for the month of August. The parcel is 0.31 acre and also features a winterized studio with a full bath. Luann, the Bravo TV celebrity, has been tweeting photos of herself in the Catskills with hashtags like #movingon and #peace prompting fans and media to speculate that she is heading there.
