Wolffer Kitchen Amagansett will serve a special prix fixe menu with seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Light samba music will be played. The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn Chef Michael Rozzi’s signature tasting menu starting at 5:30 p.m. will be served. The four-course $85 prix fixe dinner— excluding beverages, tax and gratuity—can be paired with Champagne and sparkling wine selections by wine director Michael Cohen. Menu items include: Scottish salmon crudo, lobster in green curry, white bean and roasted garlic ravioli, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, sea scallops with mushroom and truffle broth, roasted Montauk fluke, roasted rack of lamb and prime beef filet.
